Booking Regulations

HOLIDAY HOMES

  1. A deposit of one third of the total cost is required at the time of booking. The balance is to be paid 28 days prior to arrival.
  2. We will require a £50.00 Key Deposit. The deposit is to cover any damage to the caravan, loss of keys, cleanliness of caravan on vacation, or a wet mattress. If we feel necessary, we will charge a £20 cleaning fee. This deposit will be returned onto your credit card if we find everything ok with the caravan within 7 days of your departure.
  3. Caravans will be available from 4.00pm and must be vacated by 10.00am
  4. If there are only 2 people occupying a caravan, you are entitled to 7% discount.
  5. Dogs are permitted into certain caravans, but please only one dog per caravan, do not let other dogs into your caravan. £50.00 per week for the dog. Please keep your dog(s) off the beds and make sure where they sleep they use their own bedding.
  6. We let Saturday to Saturday from Whitsun until the end of September. Weekend breaks and part weeks are available outside of these dates.
  7. Our letting fleet is no more than 5 years old.They range from 28' x 10' deluxe 2 bedroom, to 12' wide 3 bedroom caravans. All include toilet, shower, cooker, fridge and colour TV. Our Premier Ocean View and Bay View caravans have 3 bedrooms and all come with the amenities of a deluxe and super deluxe, plus a microwave oven and toaster. Our Executive Westmorland caravans are 3 bedroom and have all the amenities of a premier, but are a more luxurious caravan with a cottage style door, which includes extra insulation in the walls and floors and heating in bedrooms.
  8. You will require quilt covers, top and bottom sheets, pillow cases, towels and tea towels. Linen is available to hire (see rule 9)
  9. Linen hire charges. £10 for a Single Set (2 single sheets, 1 quilt cover, 1 pillow case), £15 for a Double Set (2 double sheets, 1 quilt cover, 2 Pillow cases) Please state on booking form if required.
  10. Cots and Highchairs are available to hire on request for £10 a week each, and is also on a first come first served basis.
  11. We reserve the right to re-let any holiday home unclaimed 24 hours after the booking date, unless notified.
  12. Holiday homes are to be occupied by the members and persons stated on the booking form. The insurance is invalidated if this rule is broken. Failure to comply may result in eviction.
  13. If Sea-View homes are fully booked a park home will automatically be allocated and you will be informed.

TOURING

  1. A deposit of one third of the total cost is required at the time of booking. The balance is to be paid 28 days prior to arrival.
  2. The adult charge is from the age of 16 years. Children under 3 are Free of Charge.
  3. Non-family units add £2.00 per person per night.
  4. Maximum of 2 dogs per unit.
  5. No charge for caravans, tents or awnings. Extra charge of £1.00 per night for children's pup tents.
  6. Electricity and dogs are not included in any discounted calculations.
  7. Our Beachfield is adjacent to the main park and overlooks the beach, but is slightly further away from the facilities.
  8. During the school holidays pitches can only be let Saturday to Saturday for a minimum 7 nights.
  9. During the school holidays,all pitches must be vacated by 10.00am. Pitches are available from 11.00am.
  10. When towing a caravan please come in across Trevose Golf Course, by taking the Constantine road at St Merryn.
  11. Gazebo's must not be used to join 2 tents together.
  12. The maximum size pup tent our pitches cater for is 6ft.

GENERAL

  1. Holiday Cancellation Plan - the non-returnable fee of £10 is optional, but if taking it out you must pay it at the time of booking, the plan covers all members of the party up to the day the holiday commences and covers cancellation due to redundancy or jury services, accident or death of a member of the party. In the event of a cancellation covered by this plan, we undertake to refund in full all monies paid to Unionworld Ltd by way of booking deposits and balances. Claims must be notified as early as possible by recorded delivery, including evidence in support of the claim - e.g. Doctors note. Any other claims will not be viable.
  2. The company reserves the right to evict any person or group of people not complying with the Site Rules and Regulations and Teenage Curfew.
  3. Speed Limit around the whole site is 5mph.
    PLEASE REMEMBER CHILDREN PLAYING ON THE WHOLE SITE.
  4. No digging of turf for any reason.
  5. All rubbish to be deposited in black bags in the waste compound.
  6. Please be considerate of your neighbours. No noise between 11pm and 7.30am. Keep radios at a sensible level.
  7. Dogs are to be kept on a lead at all times and any fouling must be cleaned up immediately by the owner. A £20 fine will incur if a dog is caught off the lead or fouling on the site. Persistent foulers may result in eviction.
  8. Anyone damaging, writing or defacing any object on site will be evicted immediately.
  9. Stay out of the farmers field and observe the country code. This includes the Beachfield from 24th July and after the 1st September.
  10. No boats to be taken to the beach without prior permission from the park owner.
  11. No kite flying on the park during July and August.
  12. Harlyn Sands cater only for families. No all male or all female or young mixed parties accommodated.
  13. If you book more than 2 weeks you will be entitled to 7% discount.
  14. Maximum accumulative discount will be 10%.
  15. All prices are inclusive of VAT at the current rate.
  16. No groups of youngsters to be roaming around the park after 11pm. Any groups found roaming will be asked to leave the park the following day.
  17. No barbeques on the grass.
  18. Accidents - the company accepts NO LIABILITY for any accident to persons or their property whilst on or off the park.

Dogs are only permitted in Economy, certain Deluxe and Ocean View Premier caravans.  1 Dog per caravan, £50 per week.

Reserve a 2008 model caravan for only £30 extra.  Reserve a specific caravan for just £10*.

We do ask that our caravans are kept NO SMOKING.

Some privately owned letting accomodation can be used when we are fully booked (Seashell), these may be slightly older but still of adequate condition.

There is a £50 key and damage deposit payable with the balance on all bookings, this is returned within 7 days of your departure if the caravan is left as found on arrival.

All charges are based on 2 adults, 3 children aged between 3 and 15 years old.
Minimum charge for a park pitch is 2 nights during low and mid season, 7 nights during high and peak season.  3 nights on the Beachfield.
The Beachfield is open for caravans from the 26th July until the 16th August and for tents from the 26th July until the 25th August 2008.
The Beachfield does not have any facilities (showers, toilets, drainage, laundrette or washing up area), the main park facilities are approximatley a 5 minute walk away.
We can not guarantee to supply electricity to everybody on the camping fields during peak times, so we ask everybody to be ecological with their usage during peak hours.
