We’re so close to this beautiful little harbour town that you simply have to visit here! Explore the shops, cafes and top quality restaurants in the home town of celebrity chef Rick Stein. You can also enjoy boat trips out from the harbour and along the Camel Estuary.
Visit Port Isaac
Are you fan of TV’s Doc Martin? Well if you love the beautiful scenery where the programme is shot then head over to Port Isaac. Here you can visit the Doc’s house and wander around the narrow streets and independent shops in this pretty fishing village.
Visit Newquay – full of attractions and great beaches
With no fewer than 7 great beaches, Newquay is paradise for those who enjoy nothing more than a stroll on the sandy or a swim in the sea. Perhaps the most notable is the iconic Fistral Beach, which is a magnet for surfers. Newquay has a vibrant nightlife scene, with plenty of bars, pubs and clubs but is also a great family destination. Visit Blue Reef Aqaurium, Newquay Zoo, Pirate’s Quest, Dairyland Farm World for great family days out!
Walk the South West Coast Path
If there’s one thing you do when you visit Cornwall it’s to take in some of the coastal walks. The South West Coast Path winds its way around the Cornwall coast for dozens of miles – and you can pick up the path from close to our holiday park. Remember to pack those walking boots!
Explore Bodmin Moor
Steeped in myth and legend, Bodmin Moor is a magical place. Explore this Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and tackle the moorland peaks of Brown Willy and Roughtor. A must for keen walkers!

Cornwall’s premier event, the Royal Cornwall Show at Wadebridge takes place from the 9th-11th June. This is far more than just a big agricultural show, with food tents, flowers, hundreds of trade stands and competitive animal classes. A great family day out.
Held in nearby Perranporth from May 27th-29th, this beach music festival will see rock legends Status Quo headline. There will also be performances from Tom Odell and Scouting For Girls.
Featuring many rural exhibits, including vintage cars and steam engines, St Merryn Rally takes place in the village on 25th-26th June.
If you love your entertainment on the action-packed side of things then head to Newquay to see witness one of the biggest rugby 7s tournaments in the South West. This takes place on 25th and 26th of June
Taking place at RNAS Culdrose near Helston, the annual Air Day is a major draw with displays of all manner of air craft. This event gives you the chance to see the Royal Navy’s Fleet Air Arm in action!
Head over to Newquay for the town’s annual fish festival. Here you can see live cooking demonstrations from top chefs as well as great entertainment.
